In case of modification or cancellation by the customer of said service, the following penalties will apply:<ul>\n&#8211;\tFor a Transfer, at least 24 hours in advance must be notified, otherwise, the entire invoice will be paid.<\/ul><ul>\n&#8211;\tFor a Personalized Driver, at least 48 hours in advance must be notified, otherwise, the entire invoice will be paid.\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/li>\n \t<li>It will not be appropriate on the part of the customer to demand any compensation, if due to force majeure or fortuitous reasons; the vehicle could not be delivered on the agreed day.<\/li>\n \t<li>In the event that the tenant, by his own decision, starts late or terminates the service early, he will not be entitled to any refund.<\/li>\n \t<li>For transfers from the Airport, Port or Train Station, the driver will wait an hour from the arriving time for the customer contact him.
