General Rental Conditions
The signing of the rental contract implies acceptance of the following conditions:
- In order to guarantee the reservation of the vehicle, the total invoice will be paid at least 48 hours before the date of service. In case of modification or cancellation by the customer of said service, the following penalties will apply:

– For a Transfer, at least 24 hours in advance must be notified, otherwise, the entire invoice will be paid.

– For a Personalized Driver, at least 48 hours in advance must be notified, otherwise, the entire invoice will be paid.
- It will not be appropriate on the part of the customer to demand any compensation, if due to force majeure or fortuitous reasons; the vehicle could not be delivered on the agreed day.
- In the event that the tenant, by his own decision, starts late or terminates the service early, he will not be entitled to any refund.
- For transfers from the Airport, Port or Train Station, the driver will wait an hour from the arriving time for the customer contact him. From that time, the service will be declaring NO SHOW.
